About Annie

Annie Hudson is a food stylist and home economist based in South London.

Following a career in finance, Annie trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, gaining the Leiths Diploma with Distinction and Advanced WSET Wine Certificate in 2008, and then continued her training at the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Banbury.

Recent projects include Stephen Harris column for The Telegraph Saturday Food and Drink, "The Great British Bake-Off: Big Book of Baking" and "Gail's Artisan Bakery Cookbook", as well as books for celebrity chefs, Fay Ripley and Lorraine Pascale.  Annie also has extensive recipe development and testing experience and has undertaken marketing/PR for clients including John Lewis plc, Brindisa, Jack Wills, Elvis Communications (Cadbury), Citizen Relations (Dr Oetker), DKB Products (Zyliss), Carluccio's, Macmillan Cancer Support, Pizza Express and editorial for House and Garden.

Annie is married and, when not cooking, can be found walking her Border Terriers, Horace and Mr Pickwick, on Wimbledon Common and clay pigeon shooting.
