About Annie

Annie Hudson is a food stylist and home economist based in South London with extensive experience in commercial and editorial sectors.

Following a career in financial services, Annie trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, gaining the Leiths Diploma with Distinction and Advanced WSET Wine Certificate in 2008.

Editorial projects include Stephen Harris column for The Telegraph Saturday Food and Drink, "The Great British Bake-Off: Big Book of Baking" and "Gail's Artisan Bakery Cookbook", as well as books for celebrity chefs, Fay Ripley, Lorraine Pascale and House and Garden magazine.

Annie also has extensive recipe development and testing experience, and has undertaken video/marketing/PR for clients including Country Choice Foods, Element26.tv, Procook, Billington's Sugar, Bacardi, John Lewis plc, Onegreenbean PR (Lactofree), Brindisa, Jack Wills, Elvis Communications (Cadbury), Citizen Relations (Dr Oetker), DKB Products (Zyliss), Carluccio's, Macmillan Cancer Support, Pizza Express and others. 

When not cooking, Annie can be found walking their Border Terriers, Horace and Mr Pickwick, and riding on Wimbledon Common.
